1. Atlas has assigned mentors. What does that even mean, and how beneficial is that?
An assigned mentor is the person who ensures your success in the office. From day one I knew I had at least one friend in the office who was willing to go out of their way to answer my questions and facilitate my growth.
2. If Atlas was a holiday, which holiday would it be and why?
If Atlas was a holiday it would be the Fourth of July. It’s is a place with incredibly electric energy where you can come together with your coworkers and have fun, but there’s also an underlying feeling of competition. It creates energy for sure!
3. Describe how important networking is. Lay it on me - is it a game changer?
YES! Learning how to network has become one of the most important skills I’ve learned from Atlas. Developing and maintaining relationships with people in positions you want to be in is how you’ll get where you want to go! Everyday I learn how to network with managers, entrepreneurs, and people higher up in the company. Simply put- what I’ve learned from these people they don’t teach you in school.
